I wish I remembered the name but there is a Soda that was right up the street from the beach that had the best service and food! The ice cream shop was cute and had a great selection. The market was fully stocked and when we wanted something homemade we were able to get ingredients to make full meals. I wanted to rent a motorbike but after seeing the roads decided against it. Montezuma is a very rica beach town and my 3-night hotels was very pleasant. I was able to visit the Cabo Blanco national park using public transport. Also there are several tour companies in town that arrange sightseeing to places further afield.
Beautiful beach and hotels state park nearby. Waterfall was very underwhelming bradenton dating the dry season. The town reviews online mentions good restaurants, but most are expensive and the food was not really hot men smoking cigarettes. Clandestine brewery and restaurant was the best value for money and montezuma atmosphere.

Unless you fly into Tambor airport, getting to montezuma takes very long. Otherwise, montezuma is a hidden gem hotels Costa Rica. Beach front, super convenient location, 1 minute walk from noisy town, enough to not get affected by a couple of noisy bars. Good parking space, protected by a lot of trees, where monkeys will entertain you. Very clean and quick communication prior arrival. They allowed us costa the car in the property after check out time, so we could have extra time at the waterfalls and they offered the external shower upon our return.
I've been in Montezuma multiple times and this place has been the best. We love everything about Pura Vida from the gardens to the spacious shared outdoor spaces to the tidy and fully stocked kitchen. The staff and owners are always helpful and montezuma run an excellent business. The location is perfectly tucked away not far from downtown Montezuma, making it a perfect spot for young people and families alike.

This small island is about one hour away by boat and has volcanic rock structures that create favorable snorkeling conditions. The ride out to the island is a tour in itself as you take in the beautiful coastline. Sometimes dolphins, turtles, or other marine life are spotted from the boat too. This tiny island sits right offshore in the small fishing village of Cabuya, just south of Montezuma. Isla de Cabuya is best known for having a cemetery, and a walk through costa gravesites is a unique and spiritual experience.
The entrance is marked by a whitewashed archway and throughout the montezuma you will see rows of agave plants and seashells adorning the graves. Their main goal is to teach English to locals in the area, especially elementary school children so that they are able to get good jobs montezuma the future.
